Creating popup menus

Hi,

I am creating a desktop application. I want to create a popup menu to show some alert message in the main mdi window. I want that popup menu should raise from bottom right corner of main window quite similar to popup messages raised by some anti viurse softwares(e.g Avira).
Kindly some body tell me how to do this?

Your question is slightly confusing.

You talk about a popup menu and yet you want to use this to show an alert message.

So do you actually want a Menu or a MessageBox/Dialog?

You should edit your question to make this clear, not by replying to this message.
