i am designing a web site in 15.6" inches laptop when i surf in my laptop it showing perfectly but when i use different size(10.1,14.5 inches) it not showing correctly

so plz tell me how can i manage my web site

You are trying to do wrong thing. You need to develop the design not bound to any screen size from the very beginning, one for wide range of sizes. Perhaps you need to embrace liquid, fluid or elastic design. Please see my past answers:

By the way, if you simply use very basic HTML elements, such as p, h1, em, etc., you will immediately get fluid design. So think about it: do some more complicated trick worth effort, if you loose this valuable and basic quality?
