Using grid as data entry

im working now with win app using visual studio 2010 c# (with net framework 4) and in my invoice form im want user to using grid as data entry to save this data into sql 2008
im used component one flexgrid & tdbgird
my Question is what is the best control(grid) for design and validate input data to use it, because im Puzzled to choose datagridview , datagrid or componentone felxgrid,true dbgrid
