HOW DO combine three table with condition in rdlc

i am working on rdlc ,now i am facing problem, there three table in rdlc like below

beat name             employee in 1st shift           employee in second shift

up to here its function,now my client want that if an employee is in first or second shift then instead of nothing to display ,there must be an empty space.
employee for first or second shift are fetching from same sql table base on their shift.and beat is related to employee and and its shift.
