Get ERROR 193: 0XC1 when starting windows service on server

Hi Guys

We are having problems starting windows service on server and i tried google but i am not winning at all. i am using installshield to create a setup

Error ERROR 193: 0XC1 Could not start the Joservice service on Local computer

can any one point me to the right direction on how to solve this or which way can i use to install my windows service

Look at the event logs to see what messages are being logged.
