About microsoft.oledb.12.0 is not provide in a local machine

i am using the oledb connection to import .XLXS to my program. i Can run the program perfectly in the develop

Computer but when i build and install in another computer it can't be use.

any Clue or guide why is it like that.

PS. I try to add reference already but it just said that the dll isn't support.

Can anyone please help me solve the solution please..

Solution 1

You must install the relevant driver library (ACE) in the target computer.

that is the only way isn't it .....is there any way that i can import or export .xlxs without using oledb.12.0 Sir.

Well there may be a way but you would have to write the code to do it.

can you give me a clue or something i was googled and find the solution just like you said but my boss just want it to run on any PC with out installing anything. Cna you please guile me or give me some reference Please.

A clue to what? You either use the driver provided by Microsoft, or you write your own version - which will probably take you a couple of years at least. You should explain this to your boss and make him/her (and you) understand that development is not just a question of copy and paste from the internet.
