How to Make FTP account in windows server 2003

Hello,

I Have upload a website in windows Server 2003 IIS6 in Website folder, now what i do every time if i want to do changes in website i access server remotely do updates and exit from server remotely.

Is there any option that i make ftp account of my website and i can work through any ftp software like filezilla or cuteftp etc. and i dont access server remotely.

please guide me how to do ?
