Im working on a c++ project and I need to use microsoft speech recognition with my project. So I need to add syste.speech library as a reference from object browser. When I apply it with my project i'm getting an error message as follows. My ActiveX control service is working and project .net version is 4.5.1 as well. So please help me to solve this problem asap. Thanks.

Error message: Unable to add the references to myProject: System.Speech - Could not add a reference to 'C\ProgramFiles(x86)\Reference Assemblies\Microsoft Framework\v4.5.1\System.Speech.dll' for one of the following reasons:
-Targets a higher version of .NET framework
-Not a .net assembly
-Not a registered ActiveX control
