How do I change the Channel in the flash control setting through canon EDSDK api?

I have two flash(speedlite 430EXII) with me that are wirelessly controlled by the canon camera. I want them to flash alternatively. Hence I want one flash to be on channel 1 and other flash to be in channel 2.

If I were to manually change the channel, I would do that in canon camera as
1. Menu
2. Flash Control
3. Built-in flash settings
4. Channel (to either 1 - 4)

My question would be, if it was possible to change the channel setting via the Canon EDSDK API.
