How I Can Translate My Website From English To Arabic.. When Its Needed ?

dear reader ... i am using asp.net technology i want to develop a website in English initially . and give a button on the top of the page . and by clicking that button i want to convert whole page in to Arabic language . is it possible ? if yes . than how??

In certain sense, it is possible (Google translate, for example) but I never saw the quality of translation which could be taken seriously or considered to be acceptable for such purposes, not even remotely. I would not waste time on that.
