TCP listener for GPS Device

I need TCP/IP port listener, who collect the data from tracking devices and store it on the MS SQL database. It must accept multiple connections at the same time. It for GPS tracker who sends information to server Like Amwell 103 and Bofan 502 , Xexun TK103 . I need in C# project with source code...
