Draw chart and graph

I have to draw Chart and Graph for my dashboard.

I can draw it by:
1) using jQuery
2) using Developer Express Control

I want to know which one is better solution?
Please Help me.

The only way you're going to learn which one is "better" is by evaluating your requirements, and comparing them with what both approaches bring to the table.
