How To Move Radio button freely in asp.net web form ?

Well using 2008 ... n I know it .. that we can make controls movable from ---- Tools->Option-->HTML designer-->Css styling --> make control to absolute...

But after doing that.. some controls are moving freely. but but .. Radio Button & label controls are not moving freely... and for that i have to make them movable from source code :( wich is irritating ..

Wots the problem? here ? anyone ? :sigh:
