I am using the ZedGraph. Now I get the request to do it in 3D.
Is there a 3D software from ZedGraph already launched or planed ?

It doesn't appear as if ZedGraph has been updated since November of 2007. It looks to me like the project has been abandoned, but the forums on sourceforge are still pretty active. You might ask there.
