How to mix video and image?

Hi.
I want to mix video and image. How is it possible? I searched a lot and at last found out, that we can do it using VMR9. Can you please help me? ...in using VMR9.

I googled "vmr9" and found this CodeProject article:

Wrapper class for playing video with the VMR9[^]

I have no clue as to whether or not it's applicable to your question, but if it isn't, you should try googling yourself.
