Graph in windows application

I want to create a windows application where i need to to show graph to my user based on their selection...I want to accept age from my users and graph should be shown to them regarding premium........

Plz help me in this regard.....

The details of your graph are irrelevant, you need to either write a ton of graphing code, or download a graphing library ( there are free ones ). then read the docs, and if you can't make that work, you should read a book on C#, and then you can ask specific questions here for help fixing your code.
