You can access checkbox in Datalist something like:

foreach (DataListItem dli in DataList1.Items)         
{             
     // Get the checkbox 
     CheckBox chk = (CheckBox)dli.FindControl("myCBInDatalist");             
     if (chk.Checked)             
     {                 
          //Do Stuff       
     }         
}
