Please verify the path of Ajax Tool kit dll the way application tries to get it and where it resides in your deployed system.

( Say the time application was developed that Ajax tool kit dll was reference from a location say "C:\A\B\Ajax.dll", but where application is deployed, the same Ajax.dll resides at a path which is not "C:\A\B\Ajax.dll" rather something different.)

If path is same, in that case you should inspect whether version number is same of both dll in deployed location and one used at the time of development.
