windows service command prompt error

when i wirte instalutil along with the path in the command propmt while installating window service i get this result

"the transacted install has completed.
the installation failed and rollback has performed"..
why my installation failed??although i performed all the steps right?:s

Check Event Viewer if any error log there.

There's a problem in your installer object. I believe you can still debug that with the debugger.
