Rating of .NET & Silverlight Control Suite

Hi all,

Being new to .NET/Silverlight Development I could use a few hints regarding User Control Suite's such as "Telerik ultimate Collection" for .Net and Silverlight or the suite from Infragistics.

Can any of these or other be recommended having the following in mind:

- Role Based Access
- Coorperate Security

and what it the general rating of the suite.
