I have two website. i want to pass userid form one to other website using form post. Is this possible doing this? how can i do this? Is there is any security risk?

Do you mean two websites or single website with two (or more) web pages? I am asking this because you said you want to pass it through form post which I don't think is possible in case of two websites.

This is possible using Forms Post (just change the form action).
 
However, it's not a great idea.
