context menu problem in window mobile

Hi,

I have created a context menu and i am loading it when a list control selected row is right clicked or (IN button in case of window mobile i.e tap and hold stylus). menu loads perfectly fine but when i click anywhere else to close the menu it doesnt close in one click.. I have to click twice elsewhere to close thi. Please help me out here as i am unable to resolve this issue
