How to open .rpt files in Visual studio 2010, created using visual studio 2005 ?

Hi,

I have a website with crystal report(.rpt)created using visual studio 2005 and Crystal report version (10.2.3600) in Windows 2003 Server.
Now,I need to open the same website using Visual Studio 2010 in Windows 2012 R2 (64 bit) server.While trying to open the .rpt files,it is opening in a binary format and I couldn't find Crystal Report Editor option to open the file (as in VS 2005).
Please help me to get this fixed.
