I did not use this form of uris, is I use outlook similar functional software sent an email, with my own tools to receive this email, I was in the webbrowser control see such that it shows the HTML source code, and can't show the pictures, but in the third party email software can see in the picture display. Just don't know how they are done. I use a more stupid method implementation, these images are sent in the form of attachment, I download the attachment to the local temp directory, and then modify the webbrowser control the source to point to the local path to show pictures. This requires frequent hard to read and write, more troublesome.
