Using xpServerCollectionSource with GridControl in runtime

Hola gente!

He buscado en casi toda la web y no llego a comprender como funciona xpServerCollectionSource para mostrar la información en un Grid.

Usando un DataTable es muy fácil, el problema está que tengo alojado en una tabla de SQL Server hasta 10 000 000 de registros.

Por favor, que alguien me muestre algún ejemplo.

PD: Necesito saber donde le puedo especificar la consulta para seleccionar los registros bajo condición

I searched in most of the web and I fail to understand how it works xpServerCollectionSource to display information in a grid.
