a few days ago, my vs2010 suddenly can't work now. I have re-installed the vs2010, and new a C# project by using the wizard, but can't open the page to design the form, and always get the error that cannot copy the file "****.exe". I found actually the exe file didn't generated. I have check the project generated by a right environment and my "wrong environment", I found that's no *.resx file, I don't have idea why there's no such file, who can help me?

That's usually because you are running the exe. If so, stop the exe then rebuild.

Do you have Admin-Rights in your User-Account on your Computer ?
Does your Computer is a Member of a Network which has a Domain-Controller ?

Check the access permissions on the output folder: you need write permision to all users, pretty much.

If that doesn't help, try closing VS, opening a new copy, and creating a new project. build it and see if that works. If it does, add all the files of the previous one and see if that builds.

I have tried all the solutions, didn't work. I have decided to restore the OS....
