if you need to generate a unique number from an instance of a Class, that sounds like something using a HashTable could be used for.

No, we don't do tutoring, mentoring or anything like: we aren't set up for that.

And...there is a whiff of "homework" involved here, so anything we did would not be helping you in the long run.
Give it a try yourself, see how you get on, and if you get stuck on a particular part then ask about that. You really will learn a lot more that way!
