How Can I Filter List Using My Given Geographical Locatio And Given Distance

Here In my Project,
has A table of Product (Name, City,Location[ latitude and longitude] )
and get record (list) from table with the help of given Distance(Rang in Circle) and Current Location( latitude and longitude)

I have know idea about that ....please any one help me
