sql permission problem

i'm having problem on sql program when i'm creating database it gives me message that says "create database permission denied in the database master"

i already reinstalled 2 times but still gives the same message.

You might want to read a book on database management. The user you're logged in as does not have permission to create the object you're trying to create. Surely you're not trying to create a new DB called master, it would already exist, right ?

Reinstalling is really a blunt tool. It won't change that you don't understand how to use the database.
