how to place the image in center of the imagebox in vb6.

i am displaying an .png file into image using gdi+.... its working fine but i need to place that picture in mid of the imagebox so pls some one tell me how to do this now???

thanks for the assistance.... but here my image size is bigger them the picturebox so im getting half image displayed so can you pls let me know how to minimize and maximize the image before loading into picturebox
