Scott has been involved in the design and implementation of database-driven websites since 1996. He's earned a B.S. in computer science and an MBA from the University of Maryland College Park.

His career in technology to date includes consulting and IT department work for companies including The Washington Post, Claritas, USWeb/CKS, Ciena Corporation, and Lockheed Martin IT. He currently works as a software development manager at APS Healthcare, Inc.
