Stephan Albert Bren is a senior engineer with Science Applications International Corporation, where he supports desktop and distributed application development for commercial and federal clients on the Microsoft Office and .NET platforms. He is also a teacher and trainer on software and database development technologies and methods. Stephan graduated from the University of Washington with a Bachelor of Science in physics in 1986 and from Washington State University with a Master of Science in electrical engineering in 1991. He is a Microsoft Certified Systems Engineer and a Microsoft Certified Solution Developer. Stephan is a member of the Institute of Electrical and Electronics Engineers and of the Association for Computing Machinery.
