Makes me wonder who the current winner of the most CP meets race is today. IIRC the last time it came up @Michael-Martin was high on the list if not at the top of it.
Before anyone asks Sean "Mankini" Ewington's claim is disqualified because 99% of the people he claims to've met in person have no recollection of the 24 hours before waking up with their worst brain bleach hangover ever.

The only other batman adversary that I can think of* that is 7 letters is Penguin, although I don't know why that would fit the clue either.
