Actually, I want to know if necessary to buy Wi-Fi device for applying my application with Emulator when I run the application doesn't response.
I do it over TCP/IP.

Then i should say buying wifi devices don't let you access it when you test it inside an emulator.You need a real android device if your application needs wifi connection.

Sorry I read it now so according your information there is no solution to do send/receive form/to Emulator without Wi-Fi device I mean inside computer

1 solution

Install a Microsoft Loopback Network Adapter (in the default network adapters) and give it an IP address like 192.168.10.1 etc and most programs that require a network stack will work.

If you want others to connect to you you can install the following to setup a virtual network on your computers WIFI :https://virtualrouter.codeplex.com/[^]
