I have an Asp.Net project in Visual Studio 7.1 , Now whenever I open it in Visual Studio 2008 , I can't access to project files :image[^]
How can I open the project with VS2008 or VS2010 ?

When you try to open VS2005 project in VS2008 or VS2010 then VS will automatically ask for conversion. From the image it is clear that solution was converted but not the project.

Based on the structure of your solution VS failed in comverting the associated project files to solution.
Now open the project file in VS2008 or VS2010 (not the solution file). This time VS will automatically convert the project successfully. You can then either create a new solution file for it or let it be added to old one.

I had to Open the sln file with a simple text editor.
and searched for my project that did not find, and corrected the directory path.

Project("{XXXX-XXXXX-XXXX}") = "PECeShopSame",
"Dir1\PECeShopSame\PECeShopSame.csproj", "{XXXX-XXXXX-XXXX}"
