Well, urgency doesn't apply here.
Have some patience, people will help you when they can & they will. And always have a habit of googling.
Search the Google with this words: "mvc dropdown from database". You'll get, I don't know, so many suggestions and any of them would definitely help you.

thanks for your update. one more thing pls let me know he to store the selected dropdown value using stored procedures

Pass your dropdown value from view to controller using Form or Ajax, and then pass it as a parameter to the SP.
