Session value

after autopostback the session value not persist how to get the previous session value means i have 1 parent node and there child and i m kepng session of parent node but if i click on child node suppose n12 then this become the parent node and it show the further node belongng to that node now it maintain the session value of tht n12 node .now if i again click on previous parent node the session value not persist.plz help me out.

perhaps you may be using a single session variable for storing both parent nodes and child nodes. If this is the case, you may not store both the session values in a single variable. You may need to take another variable for this purpose....
