I created a website using asp.net 3.5 and i want to host my website....explain how to host my website? and where do i host website with free of cost?

Ahh, someone that wants something for nothing. You have to find a place that will let you host a .Net web site first, and then most likely, you'll have to spend money to do it. Of course, you could google it, find someplace that hosts for free, and prove me wrong.

I have to agree with JSOP.
There are some - I used one when I was learning - but they tend to be a bit crap, and use Mono rather than .NET
The one I picked kept playing silly buggers with email so that the same code would never work from week to week, and the uptime was never in the 90%.
Google is your friend here, the available free suppliers change from week to week and vary in what they supply (SQL/mySQL, 10MB database(?!) up to 100MB, etc., etc.)
Not worth touching for anything serious or long term.
