I used to program a while ago but after a long break, I seem to have forgotten how I used to work on computer languages/technologies such as C#, ASP.NET, etc. I would appreciate any help or suggestions that would help me fall back into groove. Thank you.

It is my understanding - from his question - that he has once known the languages mentioned. If that is so, he can just start programming some small application for his own sake. The old knowledge will come back... He might have to look up specific things, but the basics will be the same.

But it's good to know that you know exactly what he meant by his question. Then I can ask you if there's something unclear...

Good understanding Johnny.., He does't tell that he is going to do the coding.., just he wants to know the computer languages.,
Programming is probably a little like swimming or driving a car. Once you learn how to do it, you should always be able to return to it despite long breaks away from it. Initially you may feel a little over awed by all the changes in frameworks and technologies, but a few weeks of working on some demo applications should be a good way to quickly get back into programming rhythm.

So what makes you think anything has radically changed since you last wrote a C# program? Pretty much all the stuff you knew is still valid. This question really isn't approproate in Quests/Answers and should be posted the apprpriate forum, where a proper discussion can be formed.
