You can take it anywhere on appropriate media.

But seriously... Google is your friend. Ever heard of it? It's free. I'm not sure you'll find a program already written specifically in C# though.

So are you trying to write such a program, or are you trying to hire someone to write it for you? Or are you looking for a freeware library that works with polynomials?
