rearranging controls

hi all

i am creating one theatre ticket booking software, in that software sometimes user may reaarange the seats so i want to implement the [Ctrl+a] to select all controls by mouse and move from one place to another place is there any option for this do like this

Solution 1

Create an image that represents a "seat", and use drag/drop to move it around the screen. Once you have that working, add a bunch of seats, and bob's your uncle.
