How to implement workflow application like share point. Create common workflow template and use that template we can do more application using this template based on business.

Have you ever saw SharePoint? Do you know how many features it has in it? Do you know how many developers working on it? How many hours Microsoft spent on the development over years?
Such 'question' you drop here leads nowhere as it has no base - it's a dream...
Do you know any development? Start challenging that knowledge stretching it a bit every time... See it as climbing a ledder - you can't jump over...

You will only need a couple hundred fully skilled engineers for a few years.
Your project is unrealistic
