Hi,

I am trying to get some tips on the above subject..

My problem was, whether java has the capabulity to identify the work station lock and unlock senceing capabulites...

Explain? if possible in java....

AFAIK, there is no inbuilt way to do this as you would need to go 'outside' the JVM and have an understanding of the platform being targeted - this is not a good idea.
It would be a better approach to look at this from the other side. Why do you need to know if the UI is locked? The machine is still active and your process can continue. If the machine is hibernated then the process will be saved as part of the OS state saving.
