I installed Visual Studio 2017 but every time I open a program, I get this message Do you want to restart the application with elevated permissions?
Restart this application under different credentials.
Ignore Does not elevate user rights, and continues to run this application under the current user rights.
I never got this message when I use Visual Studio 2010.
How to I fix it so this message does not keep popping up?

What I have tried:

Vb question. Its a question which I do not have a tired solution. I click on ignore.
