I ve been trying to download the Winmm.dll source code in order to get the dll file, but the ones that i have download it is asking me for a password. It seems that when i will build the soulution, the program is encrypted.
any ideas where else can i find one?
i ve tried msdn, and dot net remoting

Thanks guyss. You are completly right, i got vista and the file is there at C:\Windows\System32
but when i will add the reference i try to go to COM but the C:\Windows\System32...Winmm.dll is not there
please help :)

You should add comments to the answer directly because there is no notification besides you.

There is no need to download it, it's included with all versions of Windows (I even checked on my Windows 7 version to be sure).

If you have installed windows... winmm.dll is already there.
Have a look at: C:\Windows\System32

You can reference it without the absolute path because it's in the system32 folder that will be searched by default.

By the way... what file extension is selected in the open dialog?
