How to convert flv format files to swf files using asp.net c#?

How could I convert a file of flv format to a file of swf format in order to play it in a web page using the flash content holder?
I've searched a lot and didn't find anything concerning this task.

You may need to use a third party software to do this conversion.

ASP.NET is a platform. Not a programming language. A better question would be to ask how to convert FLV to SWF using C#.
