Your question is little vague and you have still not updated about it though I asked for it.

For now, based on what it sounds, you are looking some wizard control for your winform application. Have a look at this control:

Do not post same sort of question in 20 min of time span rather update old one.

And be clear on your question.

You need to create report wizard but tell us in deep what kind of ?
What is your UI type, winform ? web ?
