Hi,

I am creating a file monitoring application.I want to find which user has made changes to the file as there are multiple user account

Please help

I do not think that Windows saves his level of detail.

There is no such attribute in NTFS objects, forget legacy file systems like FAT16 or FAT32.

Windows API Code Pack..

There you can read the LastAuthor property from windows properties
