Windows Form Icons in C#

Does anyone know how to add a movement to the icon of a windows form in C#?
Please let me know if any of you have got an idea.

By movement, you mean to animate it right?

Sorry for not clearly stating it.Just to animate it.I mean to add 3D rotation or something.Tkx alt for ur kind consideration.Thank you.

Sameers, please excuse me, but your posts sound quite impolite:
1) please, not textspeak ("tkx" and the like) no abbreviations, full capitalization, punctuation and correct spelling;
2) What does it mean "does anyone know"? Imaging someone asked in your class: "hi, does anyone know how much is 2*3?". You question looks the same. Many know, ***of course***.
