You may wish to make your question clearer. From what I read it appears that your "friend" bought a piece of crap software and you want to complain about it. What do you mean by "not a Original One"?

You might try using this link[^] to report software piracy, if that that is what you are looking for. :)

What is "fake" software? Why would Microsoft worry about any software made by 3rd-party company? No.

Is your concern that the 3rd party that developed this textile software for you used a pirated version of VS and SQL Server? If so, are you worried that because you bought software through them, you are indirectly pirating too? If that's your question, then I'd say I would not think so. You are clearly not guilty in this case.

If you want to report their suspected piracy, first make sure that this is indeed true. Else you'll just cause a lot of hassle and pain for multiple people. And under the circumstance that they had indeed used pirated dev tools, even then consider if you want to follow this up. Depending on where you are located, Microsoft may or may not follow this up properly. It all depends on if they have a local dealer who can then follow it up through local legal channels. Eventually it's your call, but keep these things in mind too.

I totally agree with you, my 5. My concern is: not only OP has no evidence of privacy, but not any idea of the ownership issues and technical dependency of software artifacts. Barely getting to familiarize with all this and starting with the idea of reporting anything as "fake" looks kind of pathological to me... :-)
